“Sam is terrific. He has helped us twice. Once in clearing out the 2800 square foot home of a deceased family member after an estate sale was held. In about 6 hours, he had cleared the house of all remaining furniture and belongings, including clearing out the garage of old lumber and miscellaneous junk. All we had to do after he was finished was get the house cleaned and it was ready for painting and staging for sale. His fee was extremely competitive, he was super responsive, he did a careful and thorough job, and he did his best to minimize how much material went to landfill. More recently, he moved several heavy items out of our house that we no longer needed and wanted removed to make room for some remodeling. Again, he was very responsive (did the job just a few days after I contacted him), careful, and reasonably priced. I can not recommend him highly enough.”
